- We perform a spermiogram (semen analysis). It is the microscopic examination of the sperm count, motility and concentration. It is a basic male fertility examination.
- It helps the attending gynaecologist or urologist to make the decision on further treatment in the family.
- The sampling can be performed in our collection room or the material may be personally brought by the patient (man) within 30 minutes of collection to our laboratory.
- Sexual abstinence is required at least 4 days before the examination.
- The result of the examination can be personally collected by the patient (man) about 1 hour after the delivery of the material or can be sent by post to the address of the patient.
